Stewart Burton is an experienced IT professional with a background in engineering and administration. Currently serving as an Edge Platform Engineer at Eaton since February 2022, Stewart specializes in the remote design and maintenance of Edge VMware/Windows in a global context. Stewart has held the position of IT Administrator at Esterline Technologies Corporation since August 2017 and previously worked as a Network Engineer at Industrial Dynamics from November 2007 to July 2017, managing workstations, servers, and networking equipment for a workforce of 140, as well as being responsible for an additional 60 individuals globally. Earlier in the career, Stewart was the MIS Manager at Clegg Industries from 1999 to 2007, overseeing similar responsibilities, and served as a Senior Programmer Analyst at World Minerals from 1986 to 1998. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and has also studied at UC Santa Barbara.
