Merve Maden Avci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product line management and strategic business development within the electrical engineering sector. Currently serving as the Product Line and Strategic Business Development Leader at Eaton since November 2020, Merve oversees a team across the EMEA and manages the profit and loss of MV & LV Switchgears and transformer portfolios. Previous roles include Sales & Tendering Manager and Area Sales Manager at BEST Transformer, and a series of positions at ABB, culminating as Tendering Team Leader. Merve holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, along with an exchange program at the Technical University of Munich.
