Kishor Wadhe is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and development within the electrical and mechanical sectors. Currently serving as Lead Engineer for Direct Material Productivity at Eaton since April 2022, Kishor has previously held key positions including Productivity/Cost Out Lead at ABB, Lead Program Management Engineer at GE, and Senior Manager - Design at Stelmec Limited. Notable achievements include successful type testing of VCBs and significant cost reductions through design improvements. Kishor's educational background includes an M Tech in Mechanical Design Engineering from COEP Technological University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
