Josh Rapkin currently serves as the Commercial Finance Leader for the Aerospace Division at Eaton since July 2024. Prior to this role, Josh held various senior finance positions at Ecolab, including Senior Finance Manager for Global Industrial FP&A and Global High Tech Division from July 2022 to July 2024. Josh earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management while also completing an MBA Finance internship at Ecolab in 2021. Earlier experience includes strategic planning and financial consulting roles at Shearer's Snacks and Berkeley Research Group LLC, where Josh contributed to significant operational improvements and financial analysis projects. Josh's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management Consulting from Emory University and a semester abroad at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
