Javier Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Eaton, serving in various managerial and project management roles since August 1998, including positions such as Manager of the Project Management Organization and Global Manager. In addition to a robust corporate career, Javier holds significant leadership roles in community organizations, including Vice President of the North Carolina Chapter of Prospanica and Chairperson for Eaton at United Way of Asheville & Buncombe County. As a member of the President's Advisory Council at Montreat College, Javier contributes to higher education initiatives. Javier holds an MBA from Montreat College and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Distribution from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Business Administration from Universidad José María Vargas.
