Jaimin Mehta is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in power electronics and firmware control. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer for Power Electronics Firmware & Control at Eaton since November 2022, Jaimin has previously held positions including Deputy Manager in R&D Power Electronics at TDK Electronics, and Deputy Manager in R&D Traction at Hind Rectifiers Ltd. A career that began as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Gururaj Engineers has seen significant progression through roles with companies like Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited and L&T Electrical & Automation. Jaimin holds a Master’s degree in Power Electronics and Electrical Drives from L.C. Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology. Educational background also includes completion of 12th grade in Science from New Era High School.
