Helen Searle currently serves as the Director of Carer Lived Experience for Mental Health Services at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and as a faculty mentor for the Lived Experience Transformational Leadership Academy at Yale University School of Medicine. As the founder of Building Hope and a consultant for Eating Disorders Victoria, Helen Searle focuses on carer coaching and support initiatives. With prior experience as Program Manager for the Eating Disorders Families Australia and as Manager of Carer and Consumer Engagement at the Butterfly Foundation, Helen Searle has a strong background in national support programs and advocacy for families and carers in the mental health sector. Helen Searle holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Monash University.
