Nicholas Mancall-Bitel is a Senior Editor at Eater since June 2019, recognized with James Beard and ASME nominations. In this role, Nicholas oversees international packages, restaurant guides, features, and series, serving as the lead editor for notable projects such as The Eater College Dining Plan (2023) and Eater's annual Where to Eat travel package for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Nicholas has freelance editing and writing experience with publications including the LA Times, Food & Wine, BBC, and Bon Appétit, among others. Previous positions include Assistant Editor and Editorial Assistant at Supercall (2016-2018) and various editorial roles from June 2014 onwards. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumnus of Harvard-Westlake School.
