James Mefford has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions and Project Development, as well as the Director of Operations and Vice President at EAT Restaurant Partners since November 2007. Prior to this role, James was the Food and Beverage Director at Kinloch Golf Club from January 2006 to November 2007. Earlier in James's career, positions included General Manager at Sam Miller's Restaurant from January 2001 to January 2004 and Beverage Manager at Omni Hotels from April 1987 to January 2000.
