As the CEO and owner of Gfb Property AB since January 2015, Fredrik focuses on investing in new and existing projects. Additionally, Fredrik serves as the CEO of GFB Holding AB and Förlaget Villaliv AB, which operates one of the largest villa magazines in Scandinavia, achieving top marks in a recent market survey. Fredrik holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Freemium Media Oy and has been the CEO of Media Gruppen AB, which owns Sweden's largest magazine, Villalivet AB. Furthermore, Fredrik has served on the board of Danske Bank and Fastighetsstaden i Halmstad AB, demonstrating a strong commitment to governance and management in both banking and real estate sectors.
