Oleksandr Kovalchuk has been working as a Recruitment Specialist since 2021, beginning at Sana Commerce, then Easygenerator, and then valantic Ukraine. Prior to this, they were an HR Manager - Recruitment Specialist at Мережа ресторанів SALAD from 2017.

Oleksandr Kovalchuk received a Bachelor's degree in management from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University between 2012 and 2016. Oleksandr then went on to receive a Specialist degree in Economics of Enterprise from Zhytomyr State Technological University between 2016 and 2017.
