Erica Costamagna is an experienced Program Manager at EasyRain since September 2023. Currently holding positions as Liaison Project Manager and Cost Controller at Automobili Pininfarina since June 2022, Erica has also served as Innovation & Liaison Project Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes R&D Application Engineer at DENSO from September 2017 to June 2022, focusing on cost reduction and new product development, and R&D CAE Engineer, where optimization of product performance was a key responsibility. Earlier, Erica was a Master Thesis Student at SCK-CEN, completing a thesis on the safety of the MYRRHA reactor using RELAP5-3D code. Erica holds multiple degrees from Politecnico di Torino, including a 2nd Level Master in PRO.SI.T, a Master's in Energy and Nuclear Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Energy Engineering, supplemented by a classical studies education from Liceo classico Gioberti in Torino.
