Responsible for troubleshooting client issues and testing changes requested by the clients and completed by development.Tia has 7 years of management experience in the business industry. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science degree from Purdue University as well as a certificate in Leadership and Organizational Development. Tia joined Easy Access in April 2012 and has since organized and developed a training program as well as implemented new policies and procedures that will ensure employee and process stability as the business continues to grow.
