Xiang Xu started their work experience in 2011 as an Associate at "普华永道" and held this role until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as part of the Private Equity team at Greenwoods Asset Management. In 2015, Xiang Xu joined BOCI as part of the Equity Research team and worked until 2018. Since 2018, Xiang Xu has been working as a Senior Analyst at Eastspring Investments.

Xiang Xu pursued a Master's degree in Biology, General at Fudan University from 2004 to 2011.
