Natalie True is currently the UM Clinical Manager at Eastpointe Human Services, where Natalie leads and assists with managing the department to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Natalie has held positions such as UM Care Manager MH/SUD at Alliance Health, UM MH/SA Licensed Clinician at Eastpointe Human Services, and Site Coordinator at Carolina Outreach, LLC. With a background in psychology and counseling, Natalie has provided crisis counseling, psychological assessments, and mental health/substance abuse services to individuals of all ages. Natalie has a Master of Arts (MA) in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
