Alessandro Piliego is an experienced Italian Fine Wine Specialist currently working at Taub Family Selections since February 2023. Prior to this role, Alessandro served as a Sommelier and F&B Manager at Easton Porter Group from February 2022 to February 2023, and as a Sommelier at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group from February 2019 to August 2020. Previous positions include Wine Director at Altamarea Group, Head Sommelier, Managing Partner & Wine Director at Palo Cortado Restaurant & Sherry Bar, General Manager & Wine Director at The House Restaurant, and Sommelier at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse and Il Posto Accanto Winebar. Alessandro began a career in hospitality with early roles at Relais & Châteaux Hacienda Na Xamena and Walt Disney World. Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from CUNY New York City College of Technology and a WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate with Distinction, along with ongoing studies at the American Sommelier Association.
