Rinske Lerk is currently serving as the Brass & Woodwind Coordinator for Europe at Eastman Music Company since September 2023. Previously, Rinske worked at Paagman as a sales personnel from October 2020 to August 2023, and at Stichting Verzorgingshuis De Koperhorst as an assistant facilities and restaurant employee from August 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included restaurant preparation and guest service. Additional experience includes roles such as assistant program at De Coöperatie, notulist for editorial meetings at Pyramide Gehrels, concert promoter at Beauforthuis, treasurer for Studievereniging Hucbald, sales employee at Kiosk Amersfoort and La Place Restaurants, and stock clerk at C1000. Rinske holds a Master's degree in Applied Musicology and a Bachelor's degree in Musicology, both from Utrecht University, along with a TVWO diploma from 't Atrium.
