Brad Lich is the Member of the Board of Directors at Silgan Holdings Inc. since October 2019. Brad is also the EVP & Chief Commercial Officer at Eastman Chemical Company, responsible for Advanced Materials & Fibers segments, marketing, sales, procurement, and regional organizations. Prior to these roles, Brad held various leadership positions at Eastman Chemical Company, including Executive Vice President and Vice President & General Manager for different segments. Brad also served as the CEO of CoatingsMart, Inc. and worked as a Business Manager at Valspar Corporation. Brad holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University and a BS in Business Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
