Rupert Goodman

With over 18 years’ experience as a HR professional across large public sector, local authority and education organisations, Rupert brings a wealth of strategic people management, leadership, people development and culture change and transformation expertise.

Through his current role he has gained experience working with boards, through attending corporate governance meetings and committees. Rupert gained an insight into the FE Sector when he worked for Sparsholt College in HR.
