Mandy Diaz is an experienced educator and assessor with a diverse background in functional skills tutoring and quality assurance within various educational institutions. Currently, Mandy serves as a Functional Skills Tutor at Decoded and holds multiple roles at Eastleigh College, including Online Tutor and IQA, while also contributing as a VRQ Marker at Chichester College and City of Portsmouth College. Previous experience includes working as an AEB Development Coach at Impact Futures UK and an Assessor at PeoplePlus UK. Mandy's extensive career in education began at Our Place Pre-School as Deputy Manager, and spans over a decade at Eastleigh College in several capacities, including Quality Coach and Childcare NVQ Assessor. Academic training includes attendance at Redbridge Community School and Victor Harbor High School.
