Jacob Schonland is a highly experienced professional in the commercial real estate financing sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Eastern Union since December 2017. In this role, Jacob leads the QTS Division focused on funding commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Eastern Union, Jacob held the position of Manager of Asset Management at Northwest Equipment Rentals and worked as a Research Analyst at AirInsight.com, where research and analysis for consulting efforts were performed. Jacob also completed a summer internship at The London Center for Policy Research, assisting the Vice President. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, a Quantitative Modeling finance course from The Wharton School, a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Bellevue University, and Talmudic Studies from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
