Ryan Baggett, Ed.D., is a seasoned academic professional at Eastern Kentucky University, presently serving as Dean of Online Learning, Graduate Education, and Research, as well as a Professor of Homeland Security. Since February 2020, Ryan has led the Graduate School and EKU Sponsored Programs, also overseeing external awards. Prior roles at the university include Interim Dean of the College of Business and various positions within Graduate Education and Research. Ryan's academic career began in 2000, culminating in tenure as an Associate Professor of Homeland Security. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies and a Master's in Criminal Justice, both from Eastern Kentucky University, along with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Murray State University.
