Adam Williams is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Eastern Health since June 2023, Adam previously held multiple senior HR positions at CSL Behring from September 2012 to June 2023, including Senior Director HR Global Quality, Procurement & NSOE, and Senior Director HR APAC & Global Quality. Prior to that, Adam was the National HR Manager at Visy Industries and Jetstar Airways, and began career progression at Kraft Foods as Plant HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in HR and Management from the University of Tasmania, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
