Ali Al-Tufaif is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Employee Performance Management Leader at Eastern Health Cluster since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ali held various leadership positions at the Dammam Medical Complex, focusing on talent development and performance management, and served as Revenue Development Manager, Human Resources Director, and Payroll Manager at the Dammam Health Centers for over a decade. Additional experience includes a brief tenure in attendance management at the City of Eyes Hospital, a Human Resources Specialist role at Jubail Development Company, and positions in credit card supervision and call center operations at The Saudi National Bank and SABB, respectively. Ali holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from King Saud University.
