Tina Schmitt is a seasoned banking professional with over 40 years of experience in various roles. Currently serving as AVP/BSA Officer and Audit Coordinator at Eastern Savings Bank since August 2012, Tina has also held the position of AVP Administrative Services Officer. Prior experience includes serving as AVP HR Manager at Eastern Savings Bank from 2010 to 2012 and a 30-year tenure at Eastern Federal Bank, where Tina advanced from Head Teller and Customer Service Representative to Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Tina's educational background includes completion of the BSA/AML Officer Certification Program and studies at the American Institute of Banking and Norwich Free Academy.
