Diamond Burwell possesses a diverse background in customer service and security. Currently serving as a Service Associate at Eastern Bank since May 2018, Diamond previously held the role of Concierge at Northeast Security Inc. from July 2016 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing building security and overseeing the front desk. Earlier experience includes working as a Hostess and Waitress at Ye Ol Union Oyster House, recognized as the oldest restaurant in America. Educational achievements encompass a focus in Communication and Media Studies from Fitchburg State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Massachusetts Bay Community College, complemented by training from Freedom Trail Realty School, Inc. in May 2022.
