Alex Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Eastern Bank. Prior to that, in 2019, they served as a Maintenance Technician at Harvard University. In 2018, they held the position of Front Desk Receptionist at WinnCompanies and also worked as a Macys Security at Macy's. They have previous experience as an Assistant Manager at AAA Grocery, where they worked from 2002 to 2019. Additionally, from 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Technician at TechBoston Academy, where they specialized in repairing laptops and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Alex Cruz is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies at UMass Boston, with an expected completion date in 2024. In addition, Alex has obtained a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) from TechBoston Academy in March 2010.
