Charlie Pulire, CFA, currently serves as Co-Head of Easterly ROC Municipals at Easterly Asset Management since October 2024. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager at Principal Street Partners from January 2022 to October 2024 and was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Invesco Ltd. from May 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing two open-end mutual funds. Charlie's extensive experience in municipal bond management includes over 13 years at OppenheimerFunds, leading a team responsible for managing various state-specific and national municipal bond funds with over $30 billion in assets under management. Charlie has also worked as a Project Manager at Wise Construction, a Structural Engineer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, and served in the US Army. Charlie holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Civil-Structural Design from the University of Maine.
