Nick Schroeder is an experienced finance professional with a background in real estate and investment analysis. Currently serving as an Associate at Eastdil Secured since August 2024, Nick previously held positions as a Financial Analyst at Institutional Property Advisors from March 2022 to August 2024, and as an Analyst at Red Oak Capital Holdings, LLC from February 2021 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Analyst positions at Consolidated Analytics from May 2020 to February 2021, and Real Estate Analyst at PeerStreet from September 2019 to May 2020. Nick's initial experience in the field included internships at Kennedy Wilson, Colliers International, and CBRE.
