Nick Hutter has over a decade of experience in real estate, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Eastdil Secured since June 2013. Previous roles at Eastdil Secured include Vice President and Associate, focusing on real estate valuation and market research. Prior experience includes a position as a Summer Analyst at Westbrook Partners in 2012 and a Brand Ambassador role at Brand Adoption in 2011. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2014, and is an alumnus of Sacred Heart Preparatory, graduating in 2010.
