Gary Phillips is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Eastdil Secured since January 2019, Gary previously held the position of Managing Director - Head of Acquisitions at Allianz Real Estate, where responsibilities included overseeing the equity transactions business in the Americas. Prior roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at Clarion Partners LLC, focusing on real estate transactions in the eastern United States, and positions at Deutsche Bank/RREEF and Deutsche Bank as an analyst. Gary holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
