Naijur Rahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and education. Currently serving as Guest Faculty at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and East West University, Naijur also operates as the Founder of Mind Works, providing management consulting, Lean Six Sigma deployment, and professional training. Previous roles include Consultant & Trainer at Intertek, Manager of HR & Admin at TEAM Group, and Assistant Manager at Gemcon Group. Naijur's educational background includes an MBA in HRM and a BBA in Finance & MIS from East West University, along with a PGD in Human Resource Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.
