Kevin Marsland is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the catering and restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at East Meets West Catering in Boston, Kevin has previously held similar roles at Capers Catering, where recognition included Best of Boston 2019. Additional experience includes positions at Boston Catering and Events, Max Ultimate Food, and The Catered Affair, along with previous sous chef roles at Sherborn Inn and Bay Tower Restaurant. Kevin's culinary journey began as a first cook at Julien Restaurant, a nationally ranked French restaurant. Education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
