Matthew Archer has garnered extensive experience in the fields of leisure, culture, and sports development over a career spanning multiple roles. Currently serving as the Development and Partnerships Manager at Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture since June 2015, Matthew Archer has also held positions at East Lindsey District Council, including Senior Cultural Officer and Senior Sports Development Officer since 2008. Matthew Archer holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Lincoln, completed between 2000 and 2003, and a high school education from Cordeaux High School in Louth, attended from 1992 to 1996.
