Michael Curtis possesses extensive experience in the power generation industry, currently serving as Renewable Energy Production Manager at East Kentucky Power Cooperative since November 2006. Previously, Michael held various roles including Landfill Gas Generation Manager, Foreman, and Technician, where responsibilities included operating a landfill power plant and managing diverse office duties. Prior experience includes serving as a Power Systems Field Technician at Whayne Supply Company, focusing on maintenance and installation of emergency power generation units, and as a Power Generation Equipment Repairer and Watercraft Engineer in the US Army, specializing in troubleshooting and repairing generators. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Sullivan University and has obtained several certificates in CAT Electric Power and Switchgear from Caterpillar.
