Jacob Watson, PhD, currently serves as Manager of Pricing at East Kentucky Power Cooperative, where Jacob has held various analytical roles since February 2015, including Sr. Load Forecast Analyst and Load Forecast Analyst. In addition, Jacob Watson is an Adjunct Accounting Professor at the University of the Cumberlands since September 2018. Prior experience includes positions as an Internal Auditor at Farmers Capital Bank Corporation, Financial Analyst at Pepsi MidAmerica, and Assistant Manager at Walmart. Jacob Watson holds a PhD in Business/Accounting, an MBA in Accounting, and a B.S. in Accounting, all from the University of the Cumberlands, completing the most recent degree in 2021.
