Darrin Adams is a seasoned professional in the field of energy and transmission planning, currently serving as the Manager of Transmission Planning at East Kentucky Power Cooperative since August 2014. Prior roles at East Kentucky Power Cooperative include Director of Transmission Planning & Protection and Director of Power Delivery Planning, Design, & Construction from June 2004 to July 2014. Darrin Adams also brings experience from E.ON as Group Leader of Transmission Planning and from LG&E and KU Energy LLC as a System Operations Engineer. Earlier in Darrin Adams' career, roles included Transmission Planning Engineer at Kentucky Utilities. Darrin Adams holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Transylvania University.
