Martin Palamore is an experienced education leader currently serving as Chief Schools Officer at East Harlem Tutorial Program since March 2024. Prior roles include Managing Director of Schools at KIPP Capital Region Public Schools and High School Principal at Achievement First, among others. Martin holds a National Principal Academy Fellowship from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership from the University of Illinois Springfield. With a robust background in classroom instruction and school leadership, Martin has demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, academic programming, and teacher mentoring.
