Rachel Brumsey is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a REALTOR at East Coast Realty since September 2019. Previously, Rachel held positions as a Licensed Realtor at Watson Realty Corp. from July 2015 to September 2019, and as a Licensed Realtor at First Coast Realty of Jacksonville, Inc. from January 2012 to May 2015, also working briefly at Magnolia Properties. Prior to entering real estate, Rachel accumulated significant management experience as Operations Manager/HR Director at Intervention Project For Nurses from February 1998 to August 2008, overseeing various operational and human resource functions. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Judicial Assistant for the State of Florida's Judge's Office of Workers Compensation and as a Paralegal/Office Manager at the Law Office of L. Jack Gibney. Rachel holds certifications as a paralegal and has completed real estate training at the Watson School of Real Estate.
