Janet Thomas has over three decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Buyer and Sales Assistant Manager at East Bay Restaurant Supply since 1999. Previously, Janet held the position of Food Services Supervisor at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 1997 to 1999, overseeing food service operations for the firm. Janet was part of the opening management team at The Palace Hotel from 1991 to 1996, where roles included Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager of the Garden Court. Earlier experience includes Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Claremont Resort and Spa and Manager at Ninth St. Grill. Janet pursued undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and later attended John Carroll University.
