Neoma Lavalle is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in both public sector and community outreach roles. Currently serving as Principal Planner at East Bay Regional Park District since December 2010, Neoma oversees the completion of land use and regional planning projects while coordinating relations with the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservancy. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Planner and Planner at the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed long-term planning, CEQA document management, and resource evaluations for park projects.
