Nadine Mann has extensive experience in the field of child nutrition, having served as the Child Nutrition Program Director for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System since January 2024, overseeing a multi-million dollar program with over 400 employees. Prior to this role, Nadine was the Assistant Director of the same program from July 1993 to July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Institution Administration from Texas Woman's University, a Master of Science in Home Economics with a focus on Community Nutrition from LSU, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Food Service Management, also from LSU.
