Stefanie Heinritz Anderson has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Satisfaction Server at Piazzano's Restaurant since September 2012. In addition, Stefanie has been a Customer Service Specialist at Earthy Delights since June 2011, where responsibilities include processing internet orders and managing online customer service. Previous roles include Manager at Harper's Restaurant & Brewpub from November 2007 to August 2010 and Production Manager at O'Briens Agency, Inc. from August 1999 to November 2007. Educational qualifications include a Business & General Studies diploma from Concord High School (1984-1986) and completion of studies at Mason High School (1982-1984).
