Jared Naimark is an experienced professional in environmental advocacy and organization, currently serving as a California Mining Organizer at EARTHWORKS since January 2022. Previously, Naimark worked as an Emerging Strategies Program Associate at The 11th Hour Project from October 2019 to January 2022, and coordinated the Nature and Society Learning Community at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies from September 2018 to May 2019. Naimark's background includes research roles focused on environmental justice, land rights, and sustainability, with significant contributions at organizations such as the Slingshot Development Fund and Karen Environmental and Social Action Network. Naimark holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor’s degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
