Mr. Kramer has served as a director since October 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (“PAA”), energy infrastructure and logistics company based in Houston, Texas, from November 2008 until February 2017. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PAA from 1998 until 2008. He was a director and chairman of the audit committee of PetroLogistics GP, the general partner of PetroLogistics LP, from July 2012 until its sale in July 2014. Mr. Kramer has served on the board of directors of Oasis Midstream Partners since their initial public offering in September 2017. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1978 with a degree in accounting and was previously a Certified Public Accountant. He is currently on the board of advisors of Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
