Mark Ferrero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services, business development, and management. Currently serving as Client Services Manager at EarthSoft since July 2017, Mark optimizes processes for the Client Management Group and enhances team communication. Prior to this, Mark co-founded Poplar Solutions, LLC, leading a development team to create automated web-based solutions aimed at improving productivity and reducing environmental impact. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit continued during the role of CEO at P-Wave, Inc., which became a leading developer of B2B and B2C web applications. Mark also has a background in behavioral health and sales, with a track record of exceptional customer relationship management. Mark holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University.
