Qussay Alkhateeb is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network management and technical leadership. Serving as Chief Technology Officer at EarthLink Telecommunication since January 2015, Qussay has previously held the position of Technical Director at Rey Telecom and NOC Director at EarthLink Telecommunication, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing network expansions, and conducting traffic analysis to prevent congestion. Qussay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Al-Nahrain University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
