Aaron Martin currently serves as Foundations Officer II at Earthjustice, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Aaron was a Project Lead at Climate Change AI from October 2023 to July 2024. From September 2018 to September 2023, Aaron contributed as an Advisor for Organization Strategy & Development at Love146. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Development and Grants Officer at Polaris from July 2014 to September 2018, and Research & Grants Manager at World Hope International from November 2012 to June 2014. Aaron holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Education from Houghton University.
