Luba Orlovsky is an experienced professional in the field of machine learning and algorithmic research, currently serving as a Principal Researcher at Earnix since October 2015. Luba has held various roles within the company, including Machine Learning and Algorithmic Research Manager and Senior Data Scientist. Prior to Earnix, Luba worked at VimpelCom in Russia, where significant contributions included developing a financial model for customer loyalty based on the Net-Promoter-Score methodology. Luba’s earlier experience includes positions as a Churn Manager at Vimpelcom, Market Analyst at Nielsen, and Research Assistant at INSEAD, collaborating with Professor S. Netessine. Luba began the career as an Algorithm Developer at Earnix and also served as a Teaching Assistant at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Luba holds a Master of Science in Operations Research and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Technion.
