Matías Nahuel Alba is an experienced product and operations leader with a diverse background in management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Earnin since October 2019, Matías has progressed through multiple product management positions within the company. Prior to Earnin, Matías held the position of Operations Manager for the Atlanta launch at Convoy Inc. Matías's education includes a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Additional experience includes leadership roles at CHECIKA SRL and a position as a Manufacturing Specialist at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes.
